चितवनका एक बाबुले आफ्नी १४ वर्षकी छोरीलाई दुई वर्षदेखि बलात्कार गर्दै आएको खुलेको छ । भरतपुर महानगर घर भएका ती व्यक्तिले २०७९ माघदेखि पटक पटक बलात्कार गर्दै आएको खुलेको हो ।
आफ्नी श्रीमतीलाई मादक पदार्थ सेवन गरी आएर पटक पटक कुटपिट गदै आएका बाबुले श्रीमतीले शारीरिक सम्पर्क गर्न नमान्दा बालिका छोरीलाई जबरजस्ती गरेको प्रहरीमा बयान दिएका छन् । १४ वर्षकी छोरीलाई चार पाँच वर्ष अगाडिदेखि नै शारीरिक रुपमा यौनजन्य व्यवहार गर्दै आएपनि २०७९ माघ देखि भने पटक पटक २०८० फागुन १४ गते अन्तिम पटक आफूमाथि बलात्कार गरेको प्रहरीले (परिवर्तिन नाम) ३५ भरतपुर (१२) नाम दिएकी बालिकाले बताएकी छिन् ।
बाबु देख्ने बित्तिकै छोरी डराउने, घरबाट बाहिर निस्किने गर्न थालेपछि आमाले छोरीलाई के भएको सोधपुछ गरेकी थिइन् । बाबुले मारिदिन्छु भन्ने धम्की दिएको कारण कसैलाई भन्न नसकेकी १४ वर्षीया बालिकाले अन्तिम पटक बाबुले बलात्कार गरेको सात महिनापछि यहि असोजमा मात्रै आमालाई भनेकी थिइन् । दाजु, भाउजु, बाबुआमासहित संयुक्त परिवारमा बस्दै आएकी बालिकामाथि आफ्नै बाबुले बलात्कार गरेको खुलेपछि दाजुले चितवन प्रहरीमा जाहेरी दिएका थिए । गत असोज ६ गते चितवन प्रहरीले जाहेरी प्राप्त गरेपछि बाबुलाई हिरासतमा लिएको थियो ।
अनुसन्धान प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न गरि कात्तिक १ गते चितवन अदालतमा मुद्दा दर्ता भएको हो । हाडनाता करणी कसुरको अभियोग लागाएर सरकारी वकिलको कार्यालयले जिल्ला अदालतमा मुद्धा दर्ता गरेको छ । अभियोग अनुसार हाडनाता करणी गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई जन्मकैदको कसुरको व्यवस्था नेपालको फौजदारी संहिताले गरेको छ । सोही कारबाहीको फैसला माग गर्दै मुद्दा दर्ता गरिएको सरकारी वकिलको कार्यालय चितवनले जनाएको छ ।
